Correct bearings for a Bridgeport?

Would anyone know if these bearings...

Would be the correct fitting for a Bridgeport manual mill that is converted to CNC with ball-screws, I'm looking for the thrust bearings on the X & Y axes?

The code means little me and they are damn expensive so don't want to order the wrong stuff ;)
