Removing worm gear drive from J Head

I need to remove the worm gear drive assembly from my J head to mount the head to a different machine.

I have the set-screw removed. Is there anything else holding it in?

Any tips on removing the shaft, seems like a slide hammer type tool will be needed to pull the shaft out?
