Felt/wiper replacements - Didn't find MSC section, so asking about clone here

I just purchased an MSC Bridgeport clone - Taiwan

I need to replace the felt/wipers and wondering abot a good source for them - and if most/all of the parts are compatible with bridgeport. (It would be nice if that was the case)

I am still learning/finding out about the machine - not as much info as far as I can tell compared to bridgeports
