Hardinge HLV-H Electrical Problem.

I have a, New to me Hardinge HLV-H, about 1985 model. I cleaned out the coolant tank today and was going to see about getting the coolant pump working. I got it all cleaned out and put in coolant and only got a humm, then my machine won't come on anymore. I get light at the pull switch when its pulled but it doesn't turn on the machine. I have done as much research as I can find and its most likely the coolant pump overload switch. Is there a way to reset this? And How do I test that this is my problem?
