Worm gear to tilt head vertically. Mine seems different

Looking at the brdigeport explodes views and the restoration book I have my worm gear assembly consist of the gear, the bolt and 2 spacers. One is around 3/4" tall and the smaller one is 1/4" tall. These spacers appear to go in with the worm gear. However during disassembly I didn't see this and the spacers jut fell out. So I'm lost in their correct orientation. I haven't be able to find a picture or any literature on this.

I'm thinking the correct setup is to have the center line of the gear, on a horizon plane is equal with the main pivot shaft that runs through the ram and adapter. Correct?

Looks like I found a picture

See the gear and spacer on the far right..can't tell if the samller shim/washer is under the worm gear.
