Help with Bridgeport not turning on, electrical troubleshooting.

I'm trying to figure out why my BP won't turn on. It's a later model (80s, I believe?) 2HP variable head, with power feeds. Short backstory, I purchased this about 6 months ago, used it a few times and have just been busy with other stuff the last few months. Went to start it up the other day and nothing happens.

I'm certain it's some sort of electrical problem, I'm just not sure where to start. It has a large electrical cabinet on the side, which supplies all the power feeds and the main motor. Older BPs I've had just had power go straight to the switch. I believe this uses the switch to control relays inside the cabinet. The mill is powered off of a 15hp RPC, hard wired to it and my lathe. I know the power is good, because I still run the lathe and there is 240V coming into the box.

Just putting this out there, but I want to figure this out myself. I'm no electrical genius, but I can read a multimeter and have no problem doing basic wiring. I'm just wondering if someone can help me with a sequence of things to test and identify the components. Not exactly sure how these are typically wired or what everything in there actually does. The big box on the left looks like a mag starter.

I took a pic of the inside of the box. I can also provide pics of the mill or run switch if needed, but it's the same basic drum switch they all seem to have. Maybe there's an issue with that? Any help is appreciated. I'd just like to figure out what's up and repair or replace anything that's needed. I don't really see anything obviously wrong, and everything is protected. I know the mill runs. All the 110V components work fine.
