Trying to remove the sheave from the motor in my Hardinge Mill. Pretty paranoid about breaking as it appears to be made of wood fiber.
Any recommendations on a strategy? Should I avoid penetrating oil because of the composite material?
Has any one replaced the motor in their mill? Will a NEMA 56 frame work, or 143T? Or do you have another recommendation?
