Help Identifying head

So in my travels Ive come across a machine I just can't place. The head is unlike anything Ive seen. It has a servo style drive for the downfeed, a 40 taper spindle and is a variable speed setup. Looking here to see if anyone has ever encountered this style before. The base and ram seem to be that of JET taiwanese style. No idea as to why the picture has rotated....:skep:
