Lagun FTV-4 Manual Parts and Operation

Greetings. I'm looking for a Lagun FTV-4 Vertical Mill Manual. They are still available for $75 but was hoping someone had a spare for a more reasonable price? I'm not sure how detailed the Lagun manuals are for repair.
