4 nuts that hold head on?

Somebody replaced the nuts that hold the head to the ram. I'm pretty sure they are 1/2-13s. As I recall at least two of the them are blind (not drilled/tapped all the way through).

Does anyone know what these blind nuts are called and where to get them?
