Bridgeport fine feed not working - Videos included

I'm going through my series 1 bridgeport and the fine feed is not working for the quill. I've taken the side parts off to check the gears and to see if any pins had been sheared but it all looks hardly used. I have recorded some videos and attached them to hopefully explain the problem better, please see below:

I have checked that side assembly with the clutch and the gear with the schematic and all the parts appear to be present, could the gear have moved down the shaft somehow so when the engagement handle is pulled over its not meshing?
