Inspect used Newall DRO for BP

Hi Folks

A Newall DRO came up for sale locally, removed from a Bridgeport the original owner had sold.

I am not hands-on familiar with these. He said he could plug it and and show it working. Anything I should check first, knowing Newall DRO's, or DRO's in general?

Hoping to get lucky and save some $$.
