How to remove stuck drawbar and key?

I'm cleaning up a really dirty HLVH...and I can't get the drawbar out, it is locked up solid and I can't turn the collar to get a collet in. I read an old post from Gunner(remember him?) that he said to take the key out, insert a collet and hit with a BFH. Well I can't get the key out either! I have looked at the drawings and don't see exactly how the key goes in. I have taken the set screw out but that does nothing.

Any advice?
