I got some help with a Hendey lathe here that we just fixed up and I'm here again looking for someone smarter than me lol.
I have a Bridgeport mill we just bought and getting everything freed up and ready for paint. There is a threaded rod for the depth adjustment (may be wrong name sorry) that has me stumped trying to get it out. There seems to be a piece toward the top on the right side that was behind a screw that may have something to do with it. It's in the 2nd pic and I have a small bolt sticking out of the hole. I feel it move when I move the threaded rod up and down a little.
I have no idea what it is other than the serial number is J52467. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
