OT Cyclematic CTL-20

Slightly off topic but I just came across the Cyclematic web page and noticed this unusual design of lathe. Having copied everything Hardinge offered I found this model rather strange only the bed looks Hardinge :confused:

Im just curious if it is another Hardinge/western/European copied lathe or totally Taiwanese designed
