HLV-H Wiper Spacers

My HLV-H EM (HLV-H-10217-T) bed wipers have nothing but screws and washers assembled with them.

The parts list shows the wipers to be mounted using 6 spacers and 6 springs. The Dallas hardinge distributor wants $56 for each spacer! What in the world are those and can you get them anywhere else but Hardinge?
